Right to cancel for consumers

You have the right to cancel the order at any time before the expiry of a period of thirty working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods without giving reason. However, this period won't start before all our information obligations laid down in the "The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013" have been fulfilled.

You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways: by notice in writing which you leave at our address, by notice in writing which you send by post to our address or by e-mail.

Unless agreed otherwise, you may not exercise the right of withdrawal in respect of contracts for the supply of goods made to your own specifications or clearly personalized.

Consequences of Withdrawal:
You must return any goods supplied if you cancel the contract. You have to be reimbursed for all amounts you have paid within thirty days after the supplier has received your notice of withdrawal.
